100% of the time on any loan or guarantee request. We anticipate atleast 2 weeks before you hear from us. We do no rushed jobs! No exceptions!

Please follow the instructions to the letter on each Eligibility Review Form before submitting to us. As this will only delay the processing of you application.

If you successfully make it to the 2nd phase of the application process you may be asked to submit more information. 

Under no circumstances are you to submit executive summaries, business plans, private placement memorandum etc. Until we ask for it.

Should you be successfull to close on a loan or guarantee with us you will be notified by email and direct mail of the expected close date and to what escrow company will be handling the transaction.
